Dear Friends,
We asked you to pray through our Children's Camp VBS and for the visitors from Calvary Chapel Oklahoma City and God responded powerfully. We are overwhelmed by all God did in and through Calvary International Fellowship and the team from Oklahoma! The VBS averaged 130 children every day and many made commitments to become children of God. Medical professionals treated well over 100 patients, tables were made for the Jesus to the Streets ministry and the School of Ministry came off break for some special teachings by Pastor Ken from CCOKC. Please continue to thank God for the outreach and pray for those that Jesus saved, including many parents, in this outreach. Please pray we can be faithful to make disciples to these God has added to His church.
The medical examinations were a type of outreach themselves as many people within CIF and the general community of Githurai were treated. We thank God as it is clear there is generally more health among the people of the church as they have responded to health teachings from Kelli. Hypertension was endemic a couple years ago but simple changes have brought down the blood pressures. Similarly, the people of CIF have spent far less on doctors visits and medicines. For all this God gets the glory and we desire to thank Him. Please pray as Kelli's arm continues to heal from the dislocation. Please pray she can be patient to allow for the healing and get good sleep.
Please thank God with us for providing a Job for Haley! This has been a prayer item for a long time and God has been faithful to provide an entry level position for our daughter to help make ends meet.
